Other corporate clients include those in the chemical and industrial manufacturing sectors, shipbuilding, commercial retailers, wholesalers, publishers and other businesses.

The firm has incorporated numerous businesses and has handled all of their on going legal needs, including the drafting of shareholder agreements, employment policies and procedures, contracts for the purchase and sale of businesses, documents relating to real estate transactions and various other documents.
